Why does Windows 10 freeze on SSD m2 in a laptop?

Installed Windows 10 on M2 SSD in HP laptop.
From time to time, Windows just freezes and gives a blue screen. Only reboot helps.
I can't figure out what's going on and what should I do?

Notebook specs:
Intel core i5-8300H CPU @ 2.30GHz
16GB (8GB Samsung 2667MHz, 8GB A-Data 2667MHz)
Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

SSD m2 XPG GAMMIX S5 512GB

Probably the SSD is broken or falls off during operation (the contact is bad or the power is faulty).
