Why does Wi-Fi disappear on the ASUS RT-10NLX router?

There is a local area network.
The cable from the provider goes to the ASUS RT-10NLX router, from which the Internet goes to my PC and smart-tv via cable. There is also a wi-fi antenna.
The essence of the problem : all devices connected via Wi-Fi constantly have some problems with working on the network, namely, connection loss.
Sometimes when I get home, I try to connect to Wi-Fi using my phone, but I can't - "Trying to get an IP address ..." and so on endlessly until you reboot it / them.
On a laptop and another stationary PC (using an external Wi-Fi module), Wi-Fi constantly disappears at an indefinite interval. On the laptop is Win7, on a stationary PC - windows xp, it is already ancient. Everywhere power saving modes are turned off, sort of like.
Where to dig, how to be? No idea what's going on :(

Go to the web face of the router and look at the logs.

The problem may be in the power supply of the router itself.
