Why does web browsing freeze on MacBook Air 2019?

MacBook Air 2019 freezes browsing pages even with one tab, I tried viewing the Yandex main page in different browsers, it hangs + - the same way, not to mention the site builder. The disk is only half full, there are no background programs either, in fact, one browser and one tab are running. A similar story on all sites that have images. I bought a stupid computer or do I need to tinker with the settings, install / clean something?

1. Watch the resource monitor, and do not try to understand " everything is closed, only the browser works ".
2. I bought the computer from my hands, which means it’s not a fact that the information about the system is correct. This info can be easily changed. Run the mac in debug mode and see if it matches your screen + check for errors.

2. The computer took a new one in a store in the states in March.
3. It all started on catalina, there was an update to Big decided to upgrade in the hope of solving the problem.
