Why does USB fall off when the laptop network (wi-fi) fails?

Good afternoon.
Toshiba satellite l15w-b1208x The
laptop started acting up from the very moment of purchase. You can not talk about the guarantee - there are difficulties with this.
About the problem:
Using the Internet or not throws an error 64e55e169916474db851301deeb701be.jpg
After which the Internet disappears and funny - USB falls off. Neither a flash drive nor an external wi-fi network adapter are detected. Manipulations with the network adapter in the network settings do not lead to anything. It just won't turn on until you restart your laptop.
What can be wrong ? Where to drip?
The drivers were reinstalled on the wi-fi module from the official site.

Why does USB fall off when the laptop network (wi-fi) fails?

It seems the other way around: USB fails, to which the internal WiFi adapter is connected . I
join Alexey - reinstall the chipset drivers.
Or - hardware problems
