Why does Ubuntu 20.04 freeze?

Hello, while watching a video on youtube, I began to notice a 1 second frieze, about every 7 seconds. I also noticed when printing text and when I move the file window. During the game, in general, everything is gorgeous, there are no friezes.

Processor: I5-7400
Video card: GTX 1050 TI
RAM: 8 GB
SSD + HDD. (DualBoot)
Ubuntu 20.04, everything was fine on Ubuntu 18.04 and 19.10.

Driver version 440.64. (already stood, after installation)
Maybe someone has the same thing and found a solution?

Probably related to the Ubuntu version itself. Many complain about 20.04
