Same issue, MacOS Sierra 10.12.6, Chrome 61.0.3163.79.
The problem is on many sites that use Yandex advertising, for example, Avito has the same thing.
Campaign problem in Yandex Banners. Everything is fine with adblock. The problem is only in chrome, in FF everything is fine.
