Why does the Yandex.Disk API token not work for getting image previews?

Yandex.Disk

Fills files, creates folders. Gets a list of files. Gives a preview link. but if you turn to it, then there will be a
403 Forbidden error.
Moreover, if you log in in the browser, the link will be valid. But the preview must be available with a token. The token was obtained for a web application.
The documentation is poor. There are no error handling for disk.
Has anyone experienced this?
PS: This problem is observed only with Yandex.Disk REST API, everything works in Yandex.Disk WebDAV API
