Why does the voice go in one direction?
There are 2 offices with Mikrotiks, and raised OVPN between them.
Elastix is in the first office. In the second office, softphones should yell at him, registration is in progress, but the voice goes only in one direction ...
The VPN works on port 1194, it is forwarded in the Filter rules. Also added ospf routes. What could be the problem of passing voice through VPN? In which direction to dig?

Sorry, I forgot to unsubscribe about the current problem.
I'll answer the last one.
1. Networks are different.
2. One pool for VPN, the other for the network.
3. Nat on Elastix and VPN is not used
4. Without OSPF, there were no pings and there was no access to another network.
And now back to the essence of my question, he decided only to completely reconfigure the VPN from 0. If anyone else is interested in any information, ask questions, I will answer =)
Thank you all =)
The voice comes only from the second office, but does not go to the second office? Then see tcpdump response packets with elastix. They most likely come with destination address=address of the default gateway at the first office. If so edit the elastix settings in terms of local networks, it considers the subnet of the second office to be external and sends response packets incorrectly.
As most often there is a problem with a firewall
over TCP, a connection is established,
the voice goes to UDP
From the first node, UDP packets go, but from the second they do not go.
============
Or it is forbidden to receive UDP packets on the 1st node, from the address of the second one.
Or it is forbidden to send UDP packets from the second node to the first one.

Well, let's start with the fact that on Mikrotik routers there is a strange thing like SIP ALG (I don’t know how well it works, but it’s worth turning it off), the network topology is not entirely clear, NAT is used somewhere (On one of the Mikrotiks, if so, the question is why are they there if networks can be declared as static routes).
A little more information.
1. What is the network of office 1 and 2 xxxx xxxx mask
2. How is OPENVPN configured (addressing)
3. Is NAT used, if so, maybe it is worth abandoning it?
4.OSPF - do you have such a large network?
