Why does the visual editor disappear on Joomla 1.5?

Gentlemen, treat my nerves, I tried everything, but it does not help. There is a site on sweb'e. Messages came to the mail that there are viruses. I safely removed them, after which, after a while, interruptions began. Some features stopped working, and the visual editor also falls off. JCE installed, then removed everything and installed TINY, but it also stops working and spoils the code.
In general, I searched on the Internet, but a few tips still did not help. Can anyone help with money? Advise or recommend a good joomla forum?

Try installing a different admin template.
And also check: Site - General Settings - Default Visual Editor (should be TinyMCE), Extensions - Plugin Manager - Editor - TinyMCE should be ON
