Why does the video freeze at 3 seconds?

The problem is exclusively in Opera on macos, I have not seen this anywhere else, although I have been using opera for many years. Videos longer than 5-6 minutes, when turned on, freeze for 3 seconds tightly. Short videos work well. It started about 3 weeks ago. Safari and Mazila work great.

Cleared the cache, disabled ad blockers - the result does not change.

upd. Still, on short videos, there are also freezes alternately
