Why does the unit spoil the color of the pixelart when importing?

Today I decided to cut down the animation on the character

У меня был скелет 32х32 я изменял на 320х320 в граф редакторе,всё было нормально

. in Filter Mode - Pointer, but it doesn't help!

Would show sprite/texture import settings.
Probably trite Mip Map generation is enabled.

for those who are too lazy to read the comments. Everything is trite, it turned out to be texture compression during import)
