They sent an Excel document, there is a sign. The table contains hyperlinks to the pages of the site. I click - this window opens:


Moreover, if the link is opened in the browser, it will open. But from an excel does not want.
And yet, if you open the document in libreOffice, then everything works well there too. Does not work only from Excel on any computer.

This happens if the file is shared with multiple users. When access is disabled, the links start working.
The reason must be found out from Microsoft.
