Why does the telegram bot turn off due to memory load on the hosting?

I am using Debian 10 server .
I have a python telegram bot.
I run it through the service

honvers.service - Telegram Bot
Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/system/6.service; enabled; vendor preset:
Active: active (running) since Sat 2020-12-05 09:20:01 MSK; 1min 41s ago
 Main PID: 7359 (python3)
    Tasks: 142 (limit: 3568)
   Memory: 37.6M

As time goes by, Tasks and Memory parameters increase... how to solve this problem?

Here you need to build on the amount of RAM on the server and what exactly the bot does.
If it accumulates certain data in itself, by type: lists, dictionaries, etc., and at the same time they are quite so large, then the RAM may not be enough.

Mb you fill in a list somewhere, a dictionary or something else and do not clear it.
