Hello! I put a jammer on the site in order to work quietly during those works. The code only lets me in, i.e. I specify my ip in httacces and if the ip specified in httacces matches mine, then it lets me in, if not, then it displays the "Technical work" page.
The code works fine from a PC and from a tablet, but for some reason it always displays the "Technical work" page from a smartphone, and the ip matches (I checked the ip from the smartphone).

And look in the server logs from which IP the incoming connection? Chinese smartphone. maybe they allow all traffic through their proxies, and, accordingly, the IP is different. (This has already been seen, and more than once). as an option, you can display the IP of the visitor on the page with technical works.
