Why does the tablet not work in a certain place?

Yesterday I bought a Dell Venue 7 tablet with android 4.2. I checked it in the store and it works. Came home - not working. When you turn it on, the Dell logo appears, then for a second - the android start screen, then - again the Dell logo. And so in a circle. The tablet enters fastboot mode without problems and independent reboots. Hard reset didn't help.
Today I went to the store. They sat down with a consultant - everything turned on, it works. While driving home, I checked in two places on the street - it works. I came home - it doesn't work: the logo appears, for a moment - the android interface, then again the logo, again the interface ...
I'm scratching my head what can give such an effect and, most importantly, what to do with it. I do not want to reflash, so as not to nullify the guarantee - in case you have to change it anyway.
UPD:
Based on the results of field and cafe tests, it was revealed that the problem is still in conflict with wi-fi networks. In flight mode (with the Wi-Fi module turned off), the tablet works fine even at home, it's worth trying to turn on Wi-Fi - it immediately reboots.
Still haven't found a solution to the problem. The conflict is not with my router - when I turn it off, the tablet still does not work.
UPD 2:
The problem was resolved virtually without my participation. In one of the free-wi-fi networks, the tablet suddenly discovered an update to android 4.4.2 (which I had never seen before), installed it safely, and then stopped rebooting on the home network.
With what the glitch was connected, I do not know. The network in which the update was found is the most common, connection without a password, there is no protection. The only thing - belongs to the university information center "Window to America" :D It's just interesting what kind of Internet channel they have there, in the window in this ...

@Tavinov

I had a similar problem on the asus - as soon as I started searching for networks, I went into reboot.
It was because of some network with a strange ssid.
And at the same time take out the flash drive, SIM card. And try where there is no Wi-Fi.

There is a funnel above you. I can't find any other explanation.

@Tavinov

The funnel would affect all electrical appliances, and the law of meanness usually does not contradict the laws of physics.
Where the tablet was turned on today - in the store and in the shopping center - there was Wi-Fi. But I also suspect some kind of crooked ssid, in my apartment, in addition to the grid from my router, there are still about fifteen networks from neighbors fonit. In addition to Wi-Fi, another floor and a hypothetical geopathogenic zone, I don’t see a fundamental difference in locations point-blank.
Neighbor networks cannot be turned off, so as soon as the rain stops on the street, I will go to the nearest stadium, turn off Wi-Fi on the tablet.
I will post the results of the experiment.

Maybe the aura is bad at home, there are a lot of competitors or something like that ...
But seriously, I’ll subscribe, it’s very interesting how it ends)
Of course, I understand that this is a trifle, but try turning off all electrical appliances, wifi and turning it on.
upd.
Rename your wifi to " Tablet not working in certain location ", have everyone go turn off their wifi in sequence and try to find who is at fault.

I also have the same problem on the Impression tablet, exactly the same symptoms, but it does not work at work, but works at home. And at work, for example, in two offices it hangs like that, but not in the corridor. The solution to the problem, in fact, as well as the causes, has not been found.

Try to turn on the device somewhere, turn off the Wi-Fi in it, bring it home, turn on the Wi-Fi.
