Why does the ssl error occur?

I work with REST API via https with GOST. Asp net core project. I am using httpclient. Installed crypto pro.
Periodically, an error occurs randomly:
The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception. Inner Exception: Authentication failed, see inner exception. System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80090326): Unexpected or malformed message received

Which way to look?

Handle the exception, add to the log
After that, reconnect if it drops the connection
