Why does the sound disappear on DELL 3521?

Hello, the sound disappeared after the lid was closed, i.e. you just can’t hear anything (everything is on and usually configured). even without closing the lid. I tried different drivers and rollbacks, nothing, from the fourth attempt to restore the system, the sound appeared, tried to send the laptop not to sleep, but to hibernation, the sound disappeared again, system restore does not help.
The Realtek HDA
Ps board tried a lot of drivers, took it from the site specifically for this model.

Take down the crooked Windows and install a new normal one

what happens if you boot from an Ubuntu live-cd?
you need to find out the problem with the hardware or not - most likely the driver and there will be sound in ubunt.
