Site of vacancies for a certain region. Approximately 2 months old. It seems that SEO corrected the internal optimization of the site for certain keywords. But flipping right up to page 10 in the search engines it is nowhere to be found. Although the site is a direct competitor, it has only 1.
What is the reason?

Perhaps the point is that:

1. The questionnaire pages are empty, i.е. they have almost no text.
   
2. When switching languages, it translates part of the text, part remains in Russian
   
3. Some of the links in the footer point to the main page.
   
4. Text/code ratio on job pages - 0.3% instead of 15 - 25%
   
5. On popular job search sites, in the title of job pages, for example, the template "Vacancy H1 in {city}, in {name of employer's company}" is prescribed. On your site Title=Н1
