Why does the site load the processor so much? How to detect memory leaks?

Please tell me, I’m doing the first project on react, using create-react-app I can’t understand why the processor is loaded so hard, how can I find out the reason why it loads so and if it’s not difficult, give a detailed answer or links where to read.
