Why does the SFP port on the Cisco Catalyst 3750-48TS refuse to work at 1Gbps?

Hello comrades!
Ciscos:
2pcs. WS-C3750-48TS IOS version 12.2.(35)SE5 stacked and cisco SFP 1000base-t(GLC-T=) modules
Servers:
Etegro Hyperion RS230 G4 (Intel(R) I350 Gigabit Network Connection)
Dell PE R610 ( Broadcom BCM5709C NetXtreme II GigE NIC (NDIS VBD Client)
HP Proliant DL380R05 (HP NC373i Multifunction Gigabit Server Adapter NIC)
All servers connected via SFP modules Dell and HP servers run at 100Mbps when set to auto-negotiation If you set it manually (1Gbps, full duplex), then the ports don't work at all

The transceiver will only work on 1G full-duplex. So all the settings are only from the side of the servers. Try hard-setting the NICs of the servers to 1G full-duplex.
Patch cords also matter - the cable is not lower than category 5

As usual, hard set the speed on both the cisco and the server, recompress the cable)

Enable debug on Cisco, look at show logging - try to find out what the switches don't like when connecting servers.
Try to cut off the excess:
If you directly connect the servers to each other with this cable, does the gigabit rise?
If you change modules with what has risen to Etegro?
