Why does the "Process cannot access the file" error appear?

I am using the mega extension
but I get an error

PermissionError: [WinError 32] The process cannot access the file because the file is in use by another process: 'C:\\Users\\user\\AppData\\Local\\Temp\\megapy_xio2pkpw'

When I try to download a file

file = m.find('myfile.doc')
m.download(file, 'D:/mega/')

The file appears on the PC but the program crashes why?
