Why does the phone disconnect from wifi if there is no internet access?
We have Huawei Honor 4c and a wifi network from which there is no Internet access (for example, I pulled out the wire from the provider). The phone connects, receives an address via DHCP, but after a few seconds says - Internet connection failure (disconnected) and disconnects from the network. We turn on access to the Internet (we return the wire to its place) - voila! In the same network, the phone perfectly remains connected for as long as you like. I just need to use local network resources, Internet access is not needed. How to organize it?

I guess it has something to do with energy saving.
I do not have this behavior on one android.
Turn off power saving mode, for Huawei - Settings -> Battery -> Power saving mode
