Why does the PC turn-on schedule work incorrectly?

Hello!
There is an information kiosk on which the schedule is set up for turning on the PC daily in the BIOS. But it turns on only on Monday (on weekdays). They say that it also turns on on weekends, but I myself cannot confirm this. I tried resetting the BIOS settings and setting the schedule again, but the effect is exactly the same. The operating system is installed Ubuntu 10.04, can it have any specific settings? Doubtful, but still. The kiosk was provided by the company that configured the system and they have long abandoned those. support, so they have no way to ask about it.
I will attach a photo of the settings in the BIOS.
Thank you!

Found a solution.
Checked the battery, updated the BIOS itself. But it was something else.
Ubuntu somehow by default changes the time in the BIOS. So far, I haven't explored this issue in detail. But it turned out to be disabled through the terminal with the following command:
sudo nano /etc/default/rcS
A file will open in which you need to change the UTC parameter in this way: UTC=no
After that, everything worked.

I also heard about problems with this BIOS option. Once upon a time in antiquity there was even a desktop software based on its use, but the author could not support a bunch of different implementations (the list of supported motherboards grew too large), and the idea died out.
You need to carry out some diagnostic actions - say, flash the BIOS, try it on other motherboards (similar in architecture, and far too). If there are those where all this works as you need, then migrate the entire system there.
A passing question: here it turns on in the early morning using this option. And how does it turn off? You can't see the switch on your screenshot... Maybe it can work around the clock (for many users, the computers work without turning off for years, I personally know several of them), and then the switch is not needed at all?

if it turns on only on Mondays, it means that before the rest of the days it is turned off incorrectly: they pull out the power instead of shutting down correctly and / or shutting down correctly, but then de-energizing the computer.
In order for the computer to turn on by this timer, the shutdown of its work must be correct, and the power supply to the PSU must not disappear.
