Why does the page just refresh when logging in to the modx evo admin panel?

Good afternoon.
There is a site on MODX Evo, I can’t log in to the admin panel, at first there was a captcha and during authorization, I wrote that the captcha was not filled out correctly. Thought it was the problem, turned it off. Now, when authorizing, nothing is written, and the page is simply updated and that's it. If I write an incorrect password, then an alert pops up that the password is incorrect.
I googled, found a similar problem, there was an advice - to clear the modx_session table in the database, but I simply don’t have it ...
