Why does the OS not start the first time, and sometimes it refuses to start at all?

Hello!
I want to inform you in advance that before that I dealt exclusively with Intel and never had any problems. Now I decided to try AMD.
Got myself a PC. Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-F2A88XN-WIFI (rev. 3.0) . Processor: AMD Athlon X4 840 Kaveri (FM2+, L2 4096Kb) . If you need the name of any other component, then let me know, I will write.
Problem number 1.
I brought it all together. Turned on, started, good. This was followed by the installation of Windows 8. This was the very first installation on the HDD, everything went more or less. At the last steps, where they write "wait a little longer", everything hung in fig. Forced rebooted - Windows started. Authorization, desktop. Everything seems to be fine. Then I started downloading updates. This is where the problems started. Not specifically with updates, but with the PC in general. At first he rarely, and then almost immediately stupidly hung. completely and irrevocably. It ended up that Windows stopped starting at the BIOS stage.
Problem number 2.
Began to put Windows again. Formatted the HDD, everything is as always, according to the template. Everything was very sad here, because I did not install it right away. 2-3 times everything hung at the time of copying Windows files. Then somehow all the same passed and it was established. And from that moment everything was perfect, but suddenly...
Problem #3.
Well, it wasn't really all that perfect. At the BIOS stage, the system did not always start, but it eventually started up, everything worked. Successful upgrade to 8.1, etc. But right now the same thing again. No, nothing else hangs tightly. Right now, the system just stopped starting again. Company logo and all. The HDD indicator, which really and correctly reported on the operation of the HDD, stopped flickering. I checked, nothing depends on time. It's just that somewhere something is interrupted and nothing goes. The PC simply does not understand what it needs.
I really hope for your help, because I am faced with this for the first time and do not even know where to dig. On the one hand, when Windows starts up, the PC works fine, without problems. Everything is smart. But such moments as non-boot (in fact, freezing after the BIOS), drive into a dead end. It seems that there are problems with the MBR bootloader. But twice in a row!? Yes, and the first time this problem got out almost immediately, and the second - a day later.
Windows sometimes displays "Preparing automatic recovery" at startup, but after this message is displayed, everything stops. It just hangs and nothing.
Once again, I really hope for your help.

@eapeap

Are parts purchased from the same place?
Then everything is back to them, let them look for a defective spare part and change it under warranty.
I would start with the motherboard - it looks like the problem is in it.

@Rikcon

And I would start with the HDD, try installing everything on a known working HDD.
