Why does the ngrok tunnel output net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED to the console?

Opened a tunnel via ngrok to localhost on Linux.
Everything works on the computer itself, both with localhost and the link generated by ngrok work.
But if you log in from another computer, it displays "net:: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED" in the console.
How can you fix it?
