Why does the new phpmyadmin in Russian not work after updating to Denver?

When you try to set the Russian language when logging into phpmyadmin on Denver, an error pops up

Do I need to install the Russian language somehow? How to do it? Thanks in advance.

Finally found a solution. You need to rename the phpmyadmin\locale\ru folder to ru_RU, after that ru_RU will appear in the list of languages, select it, and everything will work. I found the solution here https://github.com/crazy-max/neard/issues/241
