Why does the network connection disappear once a day?

In the organization's network, one of the computers connected to the network through a switch no more than once a day, when turned on, displays that the network cable is not connected. Fixed by disconnecting the cable from the switch and reconnecting. (Moreover, if you disconnect the computer from the system unit in this way and connect it back, it does not help). The problem appeared after moving the computer to another building (another network).

Obviously, you need to double-check the cable from the side of the switch and the switch itself.

The network is different, and the ip address does not conflict with the existing one?
The description sounds like an address conflict. when disconnecting from the switch, the arp entry may be reset there,
or an attempt to give the computer an old ip may be in progress.
During problems, check which ip addresses are hanging on the interface
