Why does the motherboard get hot?

Mat. the board is heated on a par with the processor. For example, the processor is 50 degrees motherboard too. I can’t overclock the processor because of this, because the degrees are mat. motherboard and processor are always the same Motherboard: p7h55-m pro. Processor: x3440
