Why does the module for unloading goods in opencart not work?

Hello! There is Opencart Version 2.0.1.0. Need to export products to excel. I put the module on export / import (for example, this https://opencart.ws/export-import-excel-opencart.html ) but it does not appear in the admin panel. I do everything according to the instructions: I install the module through Modules-Install extensions. Then I go to Modifiers, it is displayed there, but I do not find the Refresh button:

Then I go to System-Users-User Group. I choose to edit the administrator and put down all the checkboxes in the fields Allowed to view and Allowed to make changes.
But after that, the module is not displayed in the tools or in the system. There are module files on the hosting, i.e. it's installed. What could be the reason? Maybe there are some other solutions for unloading goods? Tried the manual option like in thisexample . But then it gives an error Access denied!
