Why does the microphone from the headphones not work in ubuntu?

I am working under kubuntu.
Today I bought myself sven headphones , not the cheapest.
Connected to the computer, the headphones work, but the microphone does not.
I went into the sound settings:

what could be the problem?
I'm not very familiar with sound settings in ubuntu.
I read the information on different sites, but did not find a working solution.

Try installing alsamixer and set the sliders, adjust the sound reception. If you check the work of micro through the site, then check if micro is allowed in the browser
