Why does the launch of a minimized application freeze?

Build apk file with expo.
The app launches quickly and works quickly.
But if you don’t close it, but simply minimize it and then click on the application icon, then nothing happens for 10 seconds. That is, complete silence and no reaction, and after 10 seconds, it finally opens.
Where to dig? What should I do to make the application minimized to tray open quickly?
