Why does the laptop suddenly stop working?

Background (can help): last summer, the bios and the usb port flew. The port was replaced, the BIOS was fixed. With bridges, everything is ok for some reason. Yesterday, when I pulled the USB mouse out of the port, the laptop "froze" - it did not react to clicks on the mouse and on the mouse, I pressed win, the start (the mouse works at the start) opened, I launched the browser, but nothing reacted there either. ctrl+alt+delet (the mouse also works in it), -> logout, login, everything is ok. Today the situation is repeated. What could it be?
