Why does the ip address received via dhcp go astray?

Cisco 2900 series router
. All computers have ip addresses 10.4.*.*

The problem is that after a reboot, in some cases (for some unknown reason), the address is set to 192.168.0.1 Because of this, communication is lost. The address is restored to the specified range only after disconnection-connection (sometimes not the first time)

What could be the reason?

Most likely you have another DHCP server on your network, maybe you or someone brought a Wi-Fi router, they have such a range (192.168.0.0/24)

9 out of 10 Strabbo is right, turn on VaryuShark inside, and watch DHCPACK and DHCPNACK and see who generally answers.
It is very similar to a wifi router that is connected by a LAN port to your local area.
