Why does the Internet fall off in a bundle: Wifi Router + USB HUB + USB HDD + Modem M100-2?

Hello!
There is Keenetic Omni receiving Internet via M100-2 with a Yota SIM card and an external USB Hdd (I tried two different screws in different boxes, different manufacturers), well, and some kind of Chinese USB hub. Separately, everything works good, but it’s only worth connecting a screw to the hub (if before that there was a whistle and there was Internet), as the whistle falls off tightly. And vice versa, a screw with partitions mounted in samba in the hub and in the router - everything is fine, I connect the whistle and both devices generally fall. Tell me how can I organize a torrent rocking chair on a router receiving Internet from a whistle? It is very rare that you need to download some anime, but I don’t want to leave the computer at night, I fall asleep badly under its noise. :(
PS: I have a USB Hub with external power supply. Perhaps the problem is in it?
PPS: Does such a bunch really work for anyone at all?
PPPS: On the Asus Rt-N10U router with Merlin on board, it still falls off, I think the problem is not in the router.

@Zeng

The power supply of my hub is 5v 1A. The Winchester works from its own 12v 2A power supply and does not take anything from the hub, however, like the whistle that it takes from the router, which is also powered from the 2A block. The problem is most likely in a broken hub, I think everything is fine in terms of nutrition.
PS: In general, there is a lot of food. 5A should be more than enough for the entire assembly.
