Why does the Internet drop on TP-LINK MR3420v2 when raising OPENVPN?

There is a TP-LINK MR3420v2 router using the article habrahabr.ru/post/202278/, I ran into a problem: the Internet drops on the laptop and on the camera itself when OPENVPN is connected, the OPENWRT firmware is on the router. The OpenVPN client differs from what is given in the article (it has a login and password), it is installed not from the router base, but manually and connects to the server using the credentials from the txt file. I would like to know what is the reason and how to solve it.
PS on the router there is Internet with openvpn. I am attaching routes with vpn up

Show routes with vpn raised. Most likely, all traffic is wrapped in vpn, and at the other end it is no longer marshutirovany in the Internet.
