The situation is as follows - up to 40 people work in the database, after updating the platform to 8.3.10.2168 on one of the computers, at the time the program starts, the infobase loading window freezes. Moreover, the program starts, and the window hangs and blocks access. The solution to the problem is to remove the task of loading the infobase in the dispatcher and that's it, the program is available. The situation may repeat itself the next day, or maybe a few days later. Running around the company to remove the task is not an option, especially since after reinstalling win on one of the computers, the same problem appeared.
Disabled the antivirus, added firewall exceptions, clearing the cache and reinstalling the program did not help. Maybe someone came across, how did you solve it?

Where did you get this version of the platform? after 2165 comes immediately 2217, and the actual one in general is 2252

Check how access to Cache 1C. How it is created and updated.
AppData \Local\1C\*** copies the conf to disk)
You can clean it every time.
