Why does the HP ML150 display after a reboot: Operation system not found?

There is an HP ML150 server. On it ssd kingston sv300s3 and 2 screws in the raid on hp smart array e200.
kingston sv300s3 - system, it has windows server 2008r2.
After the reboot, the error "Operation system not found" appeared. What could be the reason?

It is written in English on the monitor "Operating system not found".
The server is trying to boot from media that does not have an operating system.
Go into the BIOS boot settings, fix it.
