Why does the HP Designjet T790 44" only print on half the page?

Hello. I tried two versions of the drivers from the HP offsite site, it seems that I rummaged through all the settings in an attempt to set the correct sheet size and scale. Nothing helps. From some computers from AutoCAD, printing to this printer goes as if it were not 44 "but 24". Zooms out and prints the whole image but only half the page. From the computers that were configured earlier, everything prints fine, I compared the settings, everything is the same. Tell me how to fix this?
