Why does the hosting crawler scan the main page of the site every second?

Hosting provider infinityfree's own crawler has crawled over 900 times since yesterday. Scanning takes place several times per minute.
instead of the user agent, it says "Sockets from free hosting account if abused please report to [email protected] with the ip address of the server connections are going TO".
Is it worth writing to support or is it due to the fact that the site is new and soon the crawler will leave it alone?
