Why does the hiwatch recorder not allow me to play the recording?
There is a hiwatch DS-H108Q registrar
configured to forward 8000 and 554 ports on the router
I connect via ivms - add an IP device - cameras are displayed .. I can view it,
but I should choose to play the recording from the archive - and the program gives an error "playback failed. no record file found"
if I add a registrar to ivms via a hik-connect account - then I
tried access to the archive both through the admin and with other logins - in normal IP mode I can’t play the video archive in any way

everything turned out to be much more prosaic - I installed ivms 4200 lite - for some reason it reproduced the archive
There are no records on the register. Check locally if they are really there.
Check through Explorer if there is a real archive.
Option two. The ivms database is broken. Then - demolish the program, clean all the tails from it, including hidden folders and the registry. And try to reinstall.
