Why does the FreePBX 14 web interface break?

Installed FreePBX 14 distro, just testing for now.
The firewall is configured to access from the local network and from another network from a specific ip.
Yesterday I lost access from this specific ip, it did not get into fail2ban, the admin panel restarted the server and opened. Today I could not connect from the local network, but from that ip everything worked, restarting httpd helped.
Here are the errors I saw in the apache logs:

And this morning when trying to connect from LAN

[authz_core:error] [pid 14946] [client 10.30.201.5:63097] AH01630: client denied by server configuration: /var/www/html/admin/index.html

The file /var/www/html/admin/index.html is not on the server. Completely clean installation from the distribution. What happens to the admin?
