Why does the filter work only for imported data when importing data from another file?

Hello!
Faced strange behavior in Excel.
I upload a csv file via Data - from text/csv
A table with data is unloaded, but why does the filter only work within this data, if I add rows with data below, for some reason they do not fall under the filter? even when I select everything with Ctrl + A , only the loaded fragment is selected.


If you capture the line created below, then the filter becomes inactive

Your top is a Table (there you can see it by the characteristic format), and the bottom is just added with the usual range.
You need to try to either expand the table (see screenshot below, button 1), or remove it by converting the Table to a regular range (see screenshot below, button 2).
