Why does the Exchange server send spam?

Hello. From our Exchange 2016, spam is sent to our contacts.
Spam is sent on behalf of our mailboxes. At the same time, these sent letters are not visible in the mailboxes, but they are visible on the server.
Please tell me how to identify the cause and stop this evil
