Why does the error window freeze after calling a proprietary library?

Called via an ActiveX proprietary module (x86). Under certain conditions, after the completion of its execution, an error window pops up. (Alert class)
And the problem is that the image hangs in this window (more precisely, it just doesn't exist there). Although the "ok" button responds and the main window also works correctly.
