All good. Found a problem. Everything was fine locally. Now I transferred the project to the hosting and in the database (MySql) the Cyrillic alphabet turned into this .

But when I display it on the page, the text is displayed normally

your tables have a character set other than utf-8 dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/charset-table.html
