Why does the *.css file freeze when working in Notepad++?

Guys, maybe someone had it once - I work in Notepad ++ * .css file freezes! It saves it for a while, and then the notepad and css just hangs. Notepad on-off and continues to work, but I can’t do anything with the file ((only restarting the computer helps !!

The same problem was, but with the .sql file, where there is a lot of Arabic text. You don't need to reboot delete the file from the notepad++ session and continue working. There is a suspicion that the notepad refuses to work due to syntax or language checking plugins. You can try to disable them and test my theory.
