How to make the icon not disappear and this text does not appear?

You need to find in the language files:
catalog/language/
here it is:

$_['text_compare']      = 'Сравнение товаров (%s)';

and change to this:

$_['text_compare']      = '<i class="fas fa-exchange"></i>';
