Why does the build of jobs in jenkins stop working on schedule?

I have set up a build of jobs every 5 minutes */5 * * * *
, but at some point they just stop running, the
last build does not write anything to the logs at 5:45

of the parameter for java:

JENKINS_JAVA_OPTIONS="-Xmx3000m -Djava.awt.headless=true"

OS - CentOS Restart
helps, but again - for some time.
Any ideas why this might be?
