Why does the browser take a long time to update the html file?

The browser updates the page in 5-6 seconds, when it should in a split second, it all started after the footer was created, does it somehow affect this?

Something in the footer is asking for a lot of time. Maybe some counters?
You need to check the scripts to load asynchronously to the page.
